Your online presence using your own website & blog, developed correctly, will increase the awareness of you, as the expert, in real estate. You will become the expert they need to contact the next time they need to ask a question, determine their properties value, find their next home, provide their family member or friend with an agent recommendation to help them sell or buy real estate…etc.
The majority of agents in the metro Atlanta area, do not have an online presence. Put your name (or real estate team’s name) in a search on Google.com without any other information. What does your online presence look like? Are you the expert in your area?
